Privacy We collect only the information needed to process your
orders and provide a personalized shopping experience. All
information you provide is protected by industry standard SSL
technology and stored on security servers. We will never knowingly
release your information to any third party without receiving your
permission.

Fairness Policy The following
information is provided to make doing business together as fair as
possible for you, our customer, and Silver Bazar.com. Our goal, as
always, is to provide you the best product and service in our
industry. In order to provide quality service to all of our
customers the policies, procedures, terms, and conditions below must
be adhered to strictly.
Note: All the terms and time limitation are based on
the original invoice date. This applies to billing, exchanges,
returns, and C.O.D.'s.

Payments All prices on Silver
Bazar.com are expressed in U.S. dollars. Orders must be payable in
U.S. funds drawn from a U.S. bank, we accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discovery and American Express through our online ordering system.
While we strongly urge the paying by credit card (it is easy, fast
and safe) we also accept money orders, and C.O.D. orders with a
cashier check upon receipt.
Once your
order has been placed by clicking on the "submit Order" button at
"Check Out," print out a copy of the automatically generate mail
confirmation page as your receipt. Customers paying by money orders
should print out two copies of your order confirmation keep one as
your receipt, and send the other with your payment

All orders
paid by money orders will be processed upon receipt. Delivery will
be based on product availability at the time of the receipt of your
order and payment. Backorders are not charged to your credit card
until your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Accounts, Terms, And
Conditions
Minimum order is $300.00 U.S. Dollars.
Minimum Order has been reduced to just $100.00 U.S. Dollars for
first time customers.

will be charged if applicable.

- Merchandise is sold by piece.
- Weights
are approximate and are included for your
convenience.
- Prices
and weights are subject to change without prior
notice.
- We
reserve the right to make any corrections if a billing error
occurs.

not responsible for typographical errors.

Shipping
- We ship
U.P.S. (United Parcel Service).
- All
items in stock are shipped the same day they are ordered when
placed before the daily deadline (2:00 PM ET).
- All
orders will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes
backorders.
- All
exchanges and returns will be charged for shipping.
- NO
DROP SHIPPING. Merchandise will only be shipped to address on
the account. This is for your protection as well as
ours.
- Shipping instruction options as follows:
Ship in two
(2) shipments - For each order, in stock items will be shipped
when ordered. Backorders (for order currently being placed) will
be shipped when all are filled. (Preferred method of
Shipping) Ship as backorders come in - For each order,
in stock items will be shipped when ordered. Backorder items will
be shipped as they are filled (This may result in several shipping
charges, depending on the number of items on
backorder). Ship complete - For each order, in stock
items will be held until all backorders of current order are
filled. There is not a guaranteed time frame when order will be
received when using this method of shipping. (For large orders
placed, we are not able to hold for backorders, it will be
considered Ship in two Shipments).
- Silver
Bazar.com combines orders whenever possible in order to minimize
customers shipping expenses.
- International Orders - actual shipping charges will be
collected upon delivery of your order.

Pick - Up Orders
- Pick -
up orders for our local customers may be picked up during regular
business hours.
- Orders
placed prior to 1:00 PM (EST) will be available after 4:00 PM
(EST) the same day.
- During
the holiday season, pick up time will vary. Please ask the
representative when placing the order.
- Business hours are 9:00 am (EST) to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday
through Friday.

Returns We know that from time to
time you may find it necessary to return merchandise to us. As long
as this privilege is not abused, and all terms and conditions are
met, we will accept the return of merchandise. The time limitations
are based on date of original invoice.
Please
inspect your merchandise when received.
Please
follow these steps to insure proper credit:
- If, for
any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you bought from
Silver Bazar.com return it within 30 days in original
conditions.
- Obtain
return
authorization number from our customer service department
within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date
for full refund. Merchandise received between the 16th and 30 day,
will be credited against future purchases, in terms conditions the
amount of the invoice is still due and should be paid in full
within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return
items with a copy of the original invoice, return authorization
number and reason for return of merchandise.
- Merchandise returned without an invoice and authorization
number will be credited at our discretion, or returned to you at
your expense.
- "Special order" merchandise is non-returnable,
non-cancelable, and non- refundable. Special orders are made
to your special parameters and cannot be accepted for return.
Please keep this in mind before placing your order. If in doubt of what
is considered "special order" ask the customer service
representative. Silver Bazar.com recommends that you request a
deposit from your customer on any item considered "special
order".
- Returns
of altered, special order, or closeout merchandise will not be
accepted.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
charges. Credit will be given for merchandise only.
- Any
item that has manufacturing defects will be exchanged at any
time.
- In
general, we do not impose a restocking fee. However, if we feel
our return policy is being abused a 15% restocking fee will be
applied.
- Refunds
are granted in the event that Silver Bazar.com has made an error.
We issue refund checks twice monthly upon request on, or about,
the 15th and 30th of each month depending upon date of your check
deposit.
- Unclaimed, undeliverable, refused orders will be charged a
15% restocking fee, plus freight.
- We
regret that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless you
received the product in error.
Note: Authorizations number are voided if merchandise
is not received within 15 days of invoice date. Returns and
refunds are granted at the discretion of Silver Bazar.com; having an
authorization number does not guarantee acceptance of returns or
refunds.

Availability Any item not in
stock will be placed on backorder. Please refer to shipping
instruction for backorders. At time of order, you must decide if you
wish or not to have merchandise on backorder.

International
Ordering International purchases other than from the U.S. and
Canada must be made by credit card. Your credit card company will
calculate the exchange rate and your monthly statement will be
billed accordingly. Any charges associated with importation,
including customs duties and value - added taxes, are not included
in the Silver Bazar.com price. The charges are the sole
responsibility of the customer, if paid by money order or cashier
check, please see Payments Instructions.

Order Tracking You will receive a
shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail usually on the same day
we ship your order, which, for most items, is within 24 hours of
order placement. To track your package once it is sent, you can use
